A Foreword From The Executive Chef

Jose Edgardo Soto

I am a Honduran immigrant and I grew up in the urban melting pot that is NYC. I want my dishes to reflect who I am as a person, not just as a chef.

My inspiration comes from my first childhood memories of meals with my family which I combine with the techniques and skills I’ve learned from my chef-mentors over the years.

I want these dishes to represent the journey I made as a young cook to the chef I am today while highlighting SEASONAL and CONTEMPORARY ingredients.

I hope you all enjoy.
